Robert L. Otten, 57, of Smithton, IL, born August 24, 1964, in Belleville, IL, died Monday, November 1, 2021, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Norma, nee Rieso, Otten.
Surviving are his two children, Michael Otten, and Brittney Berkel; two sisters, Sharon Bergkoetter, and Susan (Kenny) Middendorf; nieces and nephews; and a great-niece and a great-nephew.
