I met Rose many years ago through the WIC program, when she worked for the St. Clair County Health Department. She was very professional in teaching parents good nutrition for their children. I was one of those parents. Our paths crossed also at the CATHEDRAL. And later I had asked her to look into the Secular Franciscans of whom I belonged. She then became an active member. Lately we reconnected as I searched for friends during the Covid. I was so happy she was fine and very happy. She encouraged me so much before and during my Deep Brain Stimulation for my Parkinson’s.She was so hopeful and joyful and gave me courage to go ahead. What a wonderful friend ! I feel blessed to have known her.
