

Mr. Foeller worked as a machinist for Dressel Betz Tool & Die Company, and later worked as a brick and concrete contractor in the Belleville area. Roy was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, and was a lifelong member of the Belleville Elks Lodge #481. He was a U. S. World War II Army veteran.
Roy was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Marian L., nee Beil, Foeller, whom he married on May 29, 1941, and who died on December 7, 2007; his parents, Arthur and Rosa, nee Gundlach, Foeller; a daughter, Mary Ann Foeller; a great-granddaughter, Jade Foeller; two sisters, Ruth Groom and LaVeta Mathes; and a son-in-law, Roger Jackson.
He is survived by three sons and two daughters, Bonita Jackson, David (Karen) Foeller, Roy (Deborah) Foeller Jr., Colleen (Daniel) Baumann, and Richard Foeller; seven grandchildren, Christina Rogerson, Kevin Dressel, Melissa Moore-Geiler, Jaclyn Foeller, Tiffany Foeller, Jamie Foeller, and Jon Foeller; nine great-grandchildren, Hannah, Violet, Nova, Alaura, Xavier, Edric, Brittney, Tyler and Dylan; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Belleville, IL. Standard CDC guidelines, including masks and a limited number of visitors at any one time will be observed.
Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 noon Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Msgr. David Darin officiating. Standard CDC guidelines, including masks will be observed.
Burial with military honors will be at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
