She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert A. Petri; a son, Robert Lee Petri; her parents, Henry and Elenora, nee Blumhorst, Schrader; three sisters and their husbands, Helen (Elroy) Barkau, Erna (Denny) Nash, and Mable (Freddie) Bahr; two brothers, Albert and Herbert Schrader; a son-in-law, Bill Marion; and a nephew, Jerry Bahr.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jeany Marion;
her grandson, John Dillon (Kim) Ackiss;
and her great-granddaughter, Morgan Ackiss, all of Chesapeake, VA;
many nieces and nephews;
two sisters-in-law, Violet Schrader, and Jeanette Schrader;
and three very special ladies who lovingly cared for her during her last years, Gloria Niebruegge, Chris Bahr, and Jeanette Schrader.
Ruth will be missed by all who knew her.
