Sally Ann Berkel, nee Davis, 82, of Belleville, IL, born April 1, 1934, in Belleville, IL, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at her residence.
Mrs. Berkel was an administrative secretary at AgriBank, (formerly U.S. Farm Credit Bank), in St. Louis, MO, for 30 years.  She was also active in the Belleville Sister City Organization for many years and made many friends during numerous trips to Germany.  Sally was a well-known member at Westhaven Bath & Tennis where she spent many pleasurable days with friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Richard E. Berkel, who died on September 29, 2012; her parents, Stephen and Margaret, nee Peter, Davis; a brother, Donald Davis Sr.; a sister-in-law, Carol Davis; three nephews, William Parrack, David Sikes, and Stephen Woodard; and a great-niece, Kerri Sikes.

Surviving are three nieces, Deanne (Jeff) Bruno,
Linda (Art) Curle,
and Jean (Paul) Buttice;
a nephew, Donald Davis Jr.;
four great-nieces, Lyndsey (Hartman) Brunt,
Wendy Parrack,
Amy Parrack,
and Krista (Randy) Clark;
two great-nephews, Jason Schanot and Jesse Parrack;
three great-great-nieces, Kierra Jennings,
Kerri Clark, and Kylie Clark;
four great-great-nephews, Cole Clark,
Cash Rodriguez, Ace Rodriguez,
and Riley Rogles;
other family members, Susan Parrack and Judy Sikes;
and many friends and neighbors.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.

Funeral:  A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Msgr. David Darin officiating.

Burial will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
