We were friends of Sandy & Paul Biver, when we were living in Cairo, and we were all young. We enjoyed their friendship. We are sorry for the loss her family must feel. Her obituary was well written; she hadn't changed from when we knew her (& Paul).

I was so sorry to hear this. I knew Sandy in 1974/75 college. She was the picture of a summer smile. I’d always hoped she’d find a life that brought her great joy. It seems she did and I am happy for that. Dearest Sandy, I’m sorry your time was not longer. I’m glad you were happy. I’d hoped through social media we might become friends once again. Alas - too late.

Sorry to read of Ms Sandy's passing. My foster child attended Belleville Headstart when Ms Sandy was director there many years ago. Then our paths crossed again when I was a volunteer at another Headstart. And I stopped volunteering at Headstarts in May 2019. So I wasnt told of her passing n I dont get a newspaper. So sorry for your loss. RIP

Dear Paul and Family, We are so sorry to hear about Sandy. She was a remarkable woman, wife, mother and grandmother. We remember her from the St. Teresa's days when she started the preschool and after school programs there. Always had a wonderful way with the kids and always new ways and activities to help them learn. Paul, you and Sandy made a great team. Know she will live on through the kids and grandkids. May all the good times and memories you shared with her help through these difficult times. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Jim & Donna Keefe
