Scott was one of the first people I met at Belleville East. We were both weird and awkward kids trying out for freshman football. I’ll always remember him for being so kind, humble and funny. I loved to call him David Scott because it made him laugh. RIP DS Hull.

I wish I knew the perfect thing to say, but those words don’t exist, so instead please know we love you Elaine, Kelly and Stephanie and I’m heartbroken for our family. I can still hear Scott reminding me as he did every time I saw him, how he carried me on his shoulders at Disney when I was little. I can’t think of anyone that could make my Dad laugh like Scott could. It’s hard to forget someone that gave us so much to remember. Not a day will go by that he is not deeply missed and loved.

Elaine, Kelly, Stephanie, these past few days have not been easy for you and our family, Scott will be so missed with life’s he touched. I have so so many memories with him, and way he made everyone around him feel happy and laughing. Hawaii trips, golf, Cowboy games, basketball games in the driveway. And I will never forget the mustard on his white shorts on the first tee box. I will continue to celebrate his life in those memories for the rest of my life. Jennifer and I offer our prayers, love, to you and the girls, and to our families.
