Mr. Kilman was a troubleman for Ameren for more than 45 years. He was a member of IBEW Local 1439 and served as a shop steward for many years. He enjoyed golfing and was an avid baseball fan. Skip enjoyed coaching his son’s baseball teams and threw many pitches for batting practice. He loved his vacations to Las Vegas and the beaches of Florida. Most importantly, Skip loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Myron and Gayle, nee Foutch, Kilman; a son-in-law, Benjamin Sigman; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mel and Margie Niebruegge; and his grandparents, Hiley (Elma) Foutch and Gene (Lillian) McClean.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, nee Niebruegge, Kilman; a daughter, Logan (Tra Self) Sigman; a son, Kyle (Katie) Kilman; four grandchildren, Addison and Allie Sigman, and Grady and Colin Kilman; a brother, Eric (Margaret) Kilman; an uncle; an aunt; numerous cousins, nieces, and a nephew; and a dear friend, Fred Meyer.
