Susan was always such a wonderful person. It was always a pleasure to talk with her, and her always-calm and agreeable voice was so distinctive. She will be missed, but will forever live on in the hearts and minds of the many people she could call her friend.

My deepest sympathy to Susan's family. This is such sad news. My mother, Claire Lickenbrock, worked at Illinois Distributing for many years and both Susan and Tony were always so kind to her. Rest in peace, sweet Susan.

Susan, we had many wonderful times traveling and getting into ‘trouble’ as we like to call it. You were such great fun and always a great friend. May you be at peace as your last few years have been so difficult. LY
