
Tammy was a strong person who endured many trials in her life. At 19, Tammy was critically injured in a car accident. After a prolonged recovery period, she graduated with an associate degree from Belleville Area College. At 47, Tammy was successfully treated for a brain tumor. The “apple of her eye” was her son, Jason, who she loved dearly. Tammy was loved by all and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Major James J. “Jim” O’Heron, USAF, who died March 11, 1967; and her mother, Betty Jean, nee Winkleman, O’Heron, who died November 30, 2014.
Surviving are her son, Jason Dean (Kit) Lash; two grandchildren, Eleanor and Henry; her siblings, Scott (Judy) O’Heron, Shawn (Tina) O’Heron, Gilmary (Richard) Weachter, and her twin, Terry (Carolyn) O’Heron; eight nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and great-nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Burial will be at Green Lawn Memorial Gardens, Old Highway US 51, Villa Ridge, IL.
