He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy Welty and Joan, nee Fowler, Bulger.
Surviving are his children, Amanda (Gene) Carpenter,
Brenden (Angela) Bulger, Donovan Bulger,
Katie Leveling (Chris Seper), and Savannah (Jake) Roesch;
four grandchildren, Sydney Bulger, Cameron and Carina Roesch,
and Avery Seper;
six brothers and two sisters,
Larry (Sheila) Bulger, Carl (Rene) Bulger,
Sandy (John) Stack, Donna Vojas, Paul (Donna) Reynolds,
Michael (Katie) Reynolds, Tommy (Mechele) Allgood,
and Troy (Sonya) Allgood.

Visitation: Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2016, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2016, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Pastor Larry Croy officiating.
Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
