So sad to learn of Terry’s passing. He did a lot of home remodeling for us but his greatest gift was his music. We loved to hear him sing and play the keyboard. He had a great sense of humor; was an all around good guy. My deepest sympathies to his family.

We were both so sad to hear about Terry’s passing. I had just talked to him in the last 3-4 weeks and he was so happy to settle into his house next to Mickey. I had lunch with him every few weeks while he was in the re-hab center and he was always up beat and we would have a good laugh about the days in the past. Terry was a wonderful neighbor and friend in the Garden Blvd area. He would always keep the neighborhood friends posted about his weekend gigs and we would all go out and he would always entertain us for the evening. We will all keep those memory’s close to our heart for many years to come. Terry was a good friend and a good person.

Who else could pull off band names like “2 N All” and the ever popular “Rodney Wilberbap and the Pilferhab Crab Band?” Only you Terry. Hugely talented musician, who was listening to Jimmy Smith when we were all listening to the Beatles. It was an honor knowing you and I hope wherever you go after this show, they’re looking for a keyboard guy that can tear it up. Rest in the peace as you listen to a groove group playing an East St. Louis Shuffle. Love you brother. R

Please accept our deapest condolences. We have been friends with Terry for many years, Jacquie's sister was married to his brother. So we attened a lot of family get togethers with him. Terry was a great musician, we went to hear him play quite often. We remember many times at the places he was playing, he would sing "Brown Eyed Girl", but instead of singing Brown Eyed Girl he would replace the word girl with SQUIRREL. The crowd would laugh so hard.He was a real character. Such a sense of humor. We will miss you very much Terry. I'm sure God has a place for you in heaven where you and your buddies are jammin and having a great time. Steve and Jacquie Junker

To the Peters Family, Jay, Michelle and I send our heartfelt condolences on your loss. Terry sold me my first house in ‘80 and helped give me direction in 2020 when I bought my parents’ home. I alway enjoyed running into him at Belleville high school reunions as did everyone. He loved life and appreciated everyone he met. We kept in touch especially the last 4 years and he took the time to call and thank me for some little thing, just like him. We last spoke very recently and just as always, he spoke lovingly and so joyfully about his family, especially his grandbabies. Sending prayers at this time. 🙏🖤😘

We knew Terry in his High school years and as he grew in life. He was an unbelievable musician that never got discovered. He was talented in whatever he put his mind to. We laughed and enjoyed his company. We grew away from him as we aged and moved out of town. Recently we decided to contact him and regret not have that opportunity. Please accept our deepest sympathy. He was truly a special person and will be missed.

Fifty years ago I met Terry through my husband, Frank Smith. Throughout all those years I saw Frank, Terry, and Bill harmonize on stage and at Terry's homes. We had a pact that Terry would perform 96 Tears at my funeral. Sadly that won't happen, but I have cried that many tears today knowing Terry is gone. He can now do duets in Heaven with Frank. I hope there is a Hammond B-3 up there. I watched Lou, Mickey, and Marcy grow up and love them like family. Thinking of you today with deepest sympathy.
