From delivering newspapers at the age of 8, to working as a stockboy during his teen years, Vincent’s work ethic was unmatched. He served in the United States Air Force at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, IL, from 1956 to 1960, and was a quality foreman at Ford Motor Company for 30 years.
Vincent enjoyed big band music and the challenge of a good crossword puzzle. He cherished his relationships with his family and sent heartfelt cards for a birthday or anniversary to ensure his love reached each family member.
Vincent’s love story with Ivah (nee Adams) Totino spanned over half a century. Their marriage on June 20, 1959, was a testament to everlasting love. Ivah’s passing on March 19, 2010, left a deep void in Vincent’s heart yet their souls remain forever intertwined.
Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Rose Totino; as well as his siblings, Eugene Totino, Dominic Totino, and Gloria Bucci. He also mourned the loss of many family members including his uncle’s, Vincent, Louis and Joe Fameli; sister- and brother-in-law, Billie Lou and Nathan “Bud” Wilson; niece, Sandra Lawson; nephew, Steven Bucci; and niece-in-law Barbara Sulentic.
