David and Jim we are very sorry for the loss of your father. He will be missed. Always seen him out walking his dog and joyed talking to him about that big old dog that seemed to walk him instead of him walking the dog. Deepest sympathy, The Steppig’s.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was a coworker and a friend. I attended a few Colorado vacation trips in the late 1990's that Bill set up and always had a great time. Of course we also went on many annual float trips in Missouri as well. I'll miss you Bill.

Bill was a wonderful, kind and caring brother-law. When his brother, Bob. died in 2017, Bill would call me every week without fail to talk and keep up with each other and our adult children. It always gave me strength to keep going and appreciate our families left behind. I will miss him so much! Hope you and Bob will be together again with the Lord. RIP, Bill.

Working with Bill, at the City of Belleville, was a great experience. He taught me many things in the field. I will miss his wonderfully dry sense of humor, his stories, and hearing about his dog. His family will be in my thoughts during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Bill.
