I had the honor of working with Bill at the ROE. He knew when I came to his office with a big smile that I needed something done. He was humble, kind and so smart. Grateful to Bill for his hard work and his dedication to his family. Know that he loved you all so much! Fondly, Kelly West

My sympathies and condolences to the family of Bill. Bill and Marta lived a few doors down from my parents in Lincolnshire and he served on the Belle Valley school board. Later, I also worked at the ROE at the same time as Bill.
