Bill worked in construction rehab, where he was polite and a hard worker. He loved life. He was outgoing, bright-spirited, and enjoyed making people laugh. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most importantly, Billy had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Margaret Donjon.
Surviving are his mother, Mary Donjon;
his father, Bruce (Tracye) Combs;
four sisters and a brother, Patricia “Patsy” (Ronnie) Spoonnoggle,
Rebecca Combs,
Michael (Ashley) Rosa,
Emily (John) Kiefer,
and Catherine (Chris) Hatley,
seven nieces and nephews, Mason Thomas, Skylar Spoonnoggle,
Lillian, Connor, and Briella Kiefer,
Kylie Rosa, and Adalyn Hatley;
his grandparents, Irvin (Jean) Donjon,
William Gene and Patricia Combs,
and William and Linda Weaver;
and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2016, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at the funeral home with Rev. Rita Winkeler officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
