Dear Kaesberg Family, I grew up with Bill(y), Gary Hacker, Bernard Smith and Jack Emge...spent many wonderful summer afternoons playing whiffle ball at the Kaesbergs or the Hackers. Bill was one of nicest people I ever knew. I grieve for the family but celebrate a great childhood friend. Blessings to all, John H. Heiligenstein

I’m sorry to hear of Bills passing. I worked at FMS/Fischer throughout high school & college and I always looked up to him. Every time I whistle I think of him, He was always whistling a tune when he walked out back into the lumberyard. When I told him that I couldn’t whistle, he kidded me that I must have had a sad childhood. When I finally figured it out and showed him, he just laughed at the fact that I practiced so much. Every time I drive down Main St, past the house, I always think that I should stop in to catch up with my old friend, and I’m saddened that I never took the opportunity to do so. Please accept my condolences and I wanted to let you all know that he made an impact on me.
